Introduction

Claim Report contains a detailed list of claims with more insight view.

There are 2 sections:

  1. First section contains information visualized by charts.

  2. Second section contains the detailed data table.

Prerequisites

Claim report feature must be turned on and you need permission to see the claim report. See Claim Permissions

Report details

Reporting filter

  1. Date of Loss from

  2. Date of Loss to

  3. Organization

  4. Product

  5. Reported date from

  6. Reported date to

  7. Filter on Date of Loss or Reported date

Visualized information

  1. Number of claims

  2. Loss ratio

  3. Total paid compared with total outstanding reserve.

  4. Number of claims by month

  5. Top 10 products that have the most number of claims

  6. Top 10 customers with the most number of claims

  7. Geographic region where most of claims happened.
