Introduction
Sale report is a quick view of sales status during a time period
Sales Report
Sales Report (mm/dd/yyyy - mm/dd/yyyy): the reporting period of extracted records
Last refreshed mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm: the last time data being refreshed to reflect on the report
Controls
Filter the report based on a set of supporting criteria:
From Date: period start date of the reporting being shown on the report
To Date: period end date of the reporting being shown on the report
Pipeline: filter sales belong to selected sales pipelines
Organization: filter sales belong to selected organizations
Graphs & Diagrams
Sales Summary
Number of Sales: count total sales created during the reporting period
Number of Sales Created Today: count total sales created Today
Number of Sales Done Today: count total sales were created and Done Today
Number of Sales Unassigned: count total sales created Today that don’t have Assignee
Number of Sales by Assignee: get a quick view about the workload that sales team members are handling.
Number of sales in each stage of the pipeline: sales count by current sale stages
Number of sales and trailing in 3-weeks by week
Number of sales and amount by timeline
Detailed Information: raw data set used for above graphs & diagrams
