Bug Report
Bug Report is the function to help you report any issues that you have faced in Seamless so that we can be notified and troubleshoot the issues for you.
To report a bug, please click on Bug Report button at the footer of Seamless page.
A bug report form will be displayed as below.
On this form, please fill in the following information:
What can we help you with?: “Support” is selected by default. You can select another type of request if you want another kind of support. It can be:
Change request
Suggest improvement
Licensing and billing questions
Product trial questions
Other questions
Raise this request on behalf of: your name is default but if you want to raise it on behalf of some body, please select another name.
Contemi Product Component: choose the Product Line and its applicable business area.
Environment: please select the correct Environment that the bug happened in.
Severity: select the level of severity.
Summary: a brief description about your issue.
Description: please don’t remove the prefilled text so that we can know the current settings of your environment that the bug happened in. Please add more information about the bug and what you expect to be fixed.
Tenant URL: the current page URL where you click on Bug Report will be prefilled in this field. If you want to report the issue in another page, please copy that page URL and paste into this field.
Contact info: change if you use another contact.
Attachment: please attach any screenshots, files showing the bug happened.
After filling in all required information, please click Send button to submit your request.
To view list of requests that you or other people have raised, please click on Requests button to see.
