Search & Filter
Introduction
This feature is to help you to search and filter for the information which you are looking for. Moreover, the feature also allows you to save the filter so that it can be used later.
Prerequisites
You should have permission to view data in a specific entity.
The feature can be used by clicking on the “Search & Filter” button on the entity list.
Search & Filter
Criteria
The Search & Filter menu contains list of fields which you can use to search for a specific entity.
Search
Search button. The system will perform the searching when you click on this button.
Save
Save button. This feature allows you to save the filter for later use. After clicking on this button, a popup will display, you can enter the name and type for your filter.
After a filter has been saved successfully, you can see that filter in the “Select filter” list. After clicking on the filter name, the system will filter the data accordingly.
You can delete the filter by clicking on the “x” button next to the filter name.
Clear
Clear button. After clicking on this button, the system will clear all the input/selected search values, all information will be displayed in the list.
