This tab displays all the notes that have been made to the claim. You can create or edit notes here as well.

Create a new notes

To create a new notes, please click on + Create button.

Open

It will show a popup where you can enter Title, Description, Related Records of the notes. Click Save button after you fill in all required information to create a new notes. The new notes will be displayed on the top of the list.

Update an existing notes

To edit an existing notes, on Notes List, please click on Edit button of a notes.

It will show a popup where you can update Title, Description, Related Records of the notes. Click Save button after you finish updating to save changes. The last updated notes will be displayed on the top of the list.

Delete an existing notes

To delete an existing notes, on Notes List, please click on Delete button of a notes.

It will show a confirmation popup for you to confirm. If you’re sure you want to delete, just hit Yes button. The notes will be removed from the list.
