Email configuration
Email Provider
This is the place where you configure which email provider service will be used for sending emails in Seamless. Please contact Contemi for the appropriate settings.
Click the toggle button next to EMAIL MODULE to turn on/off email sending service.
When this is enabled, you need to specify Automatic Sender Email in https://contemi.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHC/pages/1761214655/System+Settings#Mailing-service.
Outgoing Setting
ALWAYS SENT TO (AST): put in the BCC email address that you want all outgoing emails to be sent to.
To add multiple AST email address, please click on plus icon next to ALWAYS SENT TO (AST).
Only for ‘AST’: check this if you want outgoing emails to be sent to only AST email address.
There are several options:
Email address is NOT provided in ALWAYS SENT TO (AST) and Only for ‘AST’ is NOT checked: Outgoing emails will be sent to only the email addresses specified in To and CC. Default option.
Email address is provided in ALWAYS SENT TO (AST) and Only for ‘AST’ is NOT checked: Outgoing emails will be sent not only to the email addresses specified in To and CC, but also BCC to the AST email address. Use this option if you want to check all outgoing emails' content.
Email address is provided in ALWAYS SENT TO (AST) and Only for ‘AST’ is checked: Outgoing emails will be sent only to the AST email address.
Email address is NOT provided in ALWAYS SENT TO (AST) and Only for ‘AST’ is checked: Invalid option.
SMS configuration
SMS Provider
This is the place where you configure which SMS provider service will be used for sending SMSs in Seamless. Please contact Contemi for the appropriate settings.
Click the toggle button next to SMS MODULE to turn on/off SMS sending service.
When this is enabled, you need to specify default sender name in Default Sender SMS field.
Outgoing Setting
ALWAYS SENT TO (AST): put in the mobile phone number that you want all outgoing SMSs to be sent to. AST mobile phone number should be provided in international phone number format (plus sign (+), then country code, then mobile phone number).
To add multiple AST mobile phone numbers, please click on plus icon next to ALWAYS SENT TO (AST).
Only for ‘AST’: check this if you want outgoing SMSs to be sent to only AST mobile phone number.
There are several options:
Mobile phone number is NOT provided in ALWAYS SENT TO (AST) and Only for ‘AST’ is NOT checked: Outgoing SMSs will be sent to only the mobile phone number specified. Default option.
Mobile phone number is provided in ALWAYS SENT TO (AST) and Only for ‘AST’ is NOT checked: Outgoing SMSs will be sent not only to the mobile phone number specified, but also to the AST mobile phone number. Use this option if you want to check all outgoing SMSs' content. Notes: please careful with this option, it will increase your SMS service cost.

Push notification configuration
Push Notification Provider
This is the place where you configure which Push Notification provider service will be used for sending push notifications in Seamless. Please contact Contemi for the appropriate settings.
Click the toggle button next to PUSH NOTIFICATION MODULE to turn on/off push notification sending service.
