This is the place where you configure Mail application integration and Email tracking.

App Integration

Please contact Contemi for the appropriate settings.

  1. Mail System: currently, Seamless supports only Outlook integration. If you use this Mail System, user can connect their Outlook mailbox to Seamless. Hence, they can use Outlook app to Compose emails, Send emails, Receive emails, View emails, View calendar and Make appointments within Seamless under menu Communications - Mail.

Mail Configuration

When Email is tracked by default is enabled, system will always track outgoing emails with the related entity, for example: Account. Then you can view tracked emails under Emails tab of an Account details.

Currently, Seamless can track emails under Account/Lead/Contact/Claim using Compose Email feature. For example:

However, currently you can only view tracked email under Emails tab of an Account details. For ex:

Service tasks in Workflow using action Send Mail does not support to track emails with the related Account at the moment.
