History

1. Introduction

This tab gives you an overview of all events and histories of the currently viewing customer.

Before you begin

To access this tab, you should have the “View history” permission.

2. History

Open

a. Search by type or keyword

Open

This option allows you to search for the customer’s events/histories based on a specific event type or keyword e.g. Policy activated.

b. Search by date time range

This option allows you to search for the customer’s events/histories within a specific datetime range.

After clicking this Search button, the system will perform searches based on the input criteria.
