1. Introduction

Score Model is the place to set up and manage the way to calculate the customer score in Seamless. At the moment, you need to follow the Seamless format to set up a new score model

3. Score model management

3.1 Manage and upload a scoring model

Open

In this tab, you can see all the score model versions and the current activation version in Seamless. You can upload a new version or activate the previous version. To upload a new model, you can click on the upload file button to choose the file or drag the file into the section and drop it.

Notice! The file must be following the standard format of Seamless

To download the Excel file, click on the download icon for each version.

3.2 Activate/ deactivate a scoring model

Only one version can be activated at a time. You can change the activation version by clicking on the tick button.

3.3 Checking scoring calculation

After uploading and activating your score model file, you can try to calculate the customer score in the right Score Calculation section

1.Choose the version that you want to test on

2.Fill in all the fields on the menu. These fields will be show in the customer detail pop-upEdit Accountarchived

3.Click on the Apply button

4.Make sure all your input will be in the correct fields

5.Click on Calculate and see the customer score
