3. Transaction types
a. Registered request
When the type of request is FFDFE, your request is a registered request. This means Seamless will request VTR to register a vehicle in the policy
b. Termination request
When the type of request is FFDAE, your request is a terminated request. This means Seamless will send a request to VTR to inform them that the policy of this vehicle has been terminated

Your account has the permission Send manual vehicle registration and termination request

5. Resend vehicle request
Before you begin
Make sure that
Your tenant turns on the feature Manual Motor Registry Vehicle Registration And Termination
Your account has the permission Send manual vehicle registration and termination request
Open Insurance menu >> Motor Registry Logs >> Detail of a log
Clicks on the Resend Vehicle Request button
Review the request, and click on Send
Seamless resends the request to VTR
