Configure Google Analytics

There are 2 options:

1. Option 1: You provide us your Google accounts and we will add your accounts to our Google Analytics (owned by Contemi). Then you can see the analytics.

2. Option 2: You set up your own Google Analytics and configure settings on Seamless UAT BOP. Then you can control everything. If Contemi wants to see, we need to provide you our Google accounts so that you can add us to your Google Analytics.

To configure, please go to your Google Analytics account and copy MEASUREMENT ID code.

Then go to Module Configuration -> Seamless Plugins -> Plugin Integrations Settings -> User behavior Tracking.

1. Enable GOOGLE ANALYTICS feature.

2. Paste MEASUREMENT ID into Google Analytics Code field.

3. Select the portal (currently there are 2 options: BOP (Back Office Portal) and Customer Portal) to track in Perform Tracking field.

4. Finally, click Save.
